Klubbens hold og trænere 2026/27 (In english below)

Dame.1 – Danmarksserien (SVBK).
Holdet består af rutinerede damer. Flere af spillerne spiller også med på klubbens bedste mix.hold. Dameholdet træner tirsdage fra 18:45 til 20:30 og torsdage fra 20:30 til 22:00.
Udenfor sæsonen (medio april til medio juni) træner holdet sammen med herreholdet tirsdage og torsdage fra 18:45 til 21:00.
Endvidere spiller holdet beachvolley i sommerperioden tirsdage og torsdage fra kl.17:00 til 21:00. Træner for holdet er Jesper. Kontakt Jesper på 26 20 19 64.

Dame.2 – serie.2 (SVBK).
Dette hold er primært bestående af kvinder fra Pilippinerne og er nogle festlige damer, som vi er rigtig glade for i Tårnfalkene. Holdet deltager ofte i Internationale turneringer rundt omkring i Europa.
Dame.2 træner fredage fra kl.18:45 til 21:00 og søndage fra kl. 14:00 til 17:00.

Herre.1 – serie.2 (SVBK).
Holdet startede i sæsonen 2024/25 i serie.3. Holdet rykkede op i deres første sæson, rykkede ned i serie.3 igen og spiller således i den kommende sæson i serie.3.
Herreholdet træner tirsdage fra 20:30 til 22:00 og torsdage fra 18:45 til 20:30.
Udenfor sæsonen (medio april til medio juni) træner holdet sammen med Dameholdet tirsdage og torsdage fra 18:45 til 21:00.
Endvidere spiller holdet beachvolley i sommerperioden tirsdage og torsdage fra kl.17:00 til 21:00. Træner for holdet er Jesper. Kontakt Jesper på 26 20 19 64.

Mix.1. – Mesterrækken (SVBK).
Mix.1 spiller i den bedste række under SVBK.
Holdet træner mandage fra kl.18:45 til 20:30.
Holdet træner sig selv. For at komme på holdet skal man udtages. Krav for at komme på holdet er et godt bundniveau, at være positiv og supergodt humør.

Mix.2. – Alternative stævner (SVBK) – samt mulighed for DGI-Stævner
Mix.2 vil stille op til alternative stævner, når det passer ind med holdet.
Holdet træner mandage fra 20:30 til 22:00 og torsdage fra 20:30 til 22:00.
Nicklas er træner for holdet. Der påregnes at blive koblet en træner mere på.

Trænere:
Jesper er en rutineret træner, der har trænet både seriøse ungdoms- og seniorhold (1.division) samt tidligere har været tilknyttet SVBKs talentcenter.
Jesper har taget alle moduler på divisionstræneruddannelsen samt bestået elitetræneruddannelsen fra Volleyball Danmarks uddannelser, været på Volleyball Danmarks Coach Akademy i 2025 og har derudover deltaget i en hel del spotkurser med landstrænere fra bl.a. Danmark, Australien, Holland og USA.
Han har også vundet en række danske mesterskabsmedaljer som træner for ungdomshold.
Jesper er også uddannet som divisionsdommer. Jesper har en række civile uddannelser bag sig (5). Senest har han uddannet sig og arbejder som skolelærer og ved, hvordan god træning skal gribes an.
Jesper har selv spillet i 2. division som hæver, da han var aktiv. Tidligere klubber inkluderer Tårnby VK, Peder Lykke IF, Rosenlund Volley og Amager VK.
Jesper er en af grundlæggerne af Tårnfalkene og var også med til at starte vores naboklub Amager VK, da Peder Lykke IF fusionerede med Øens folk). Jesper kan kontaktes på 26 20 19 64.

Nicklas er træner for Mix 2 fra 2026/2027. Han er først i 30’erne og har erfaring som træner for Jyllandsseriehold i Bedsted. Derudover har han selv spillet i 1. division for Bedsted KFUM som center og er i dag anfører på herreholdet i Tårnfalkene.
Som træner lægger Nicklas stor vægt på, at volleyball skal være sjovt, socialt og motiverende. Han tror på, at grin, hygge og et stærkt fællesskab er noget af det vigtigste for både udvikling og spilleglæde – og at teknik og niveau ofte følger med, når folk har det godt på banen.
Uanset om man kommer for at få rørt sig, udvikle sit spil, møde nye mennesker eller bare have en god aften i hallen, er Mix 2 et hold med plads til alle.

Women’s 1st Team – Danmarksserien (SVBK).
The team consists of experienced women. Several of the players also feature in the club’s top mixed team. The women’s team trains on Tuesdays from 6.45 pm to 8.30 pm and on Thursdays from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
Outside the season (mid-April to mid-June), the team trains alongside the men’s team on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:45 to 21:00.
Furthermore, the team plays beach volleyball during the summer months on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 21:00.

Women’s 2 – Serie 1 (SVBK).
This team consists mainly of women from the Philippines and they are a lively bunch whom we are very fond of here at Tårnfalkene. The team often takes part in international tournaments across Europe.
The Women’s 2nd team trains on Fridays from 6.45 pm to 9.00 pm and on Sundays from 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm.

Men’s 1st Team – Serie 2 (SVBK).
The team started the 2024/25 season in League 3. They were promoted in their first season, were then relegated back to League 3, and will therefore be playing in League 3 next season.
The men’s team trains on Tuesdays from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm and on Thursdays from 6.45 pm to 8.30 pm.
Outside the season (mid-April to mid-June), the team trains alongside the women’s team on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 18:45 to 21:00.
Furthermore, the team plays beach volleyball during the summer months on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:00 to 21:00.

The team trains on Mondays from 6.45 pm to 8.30 pm.
The team organises its own training sessions. To join the team, you must be selected.
The requirements for joining the team are a good basic level of fitness and a superpositive attitude.

Mix.2 – Alternative tournaments (SVBK) – plus the option of DGI tournaments
Mix.2 will enter alternative tournaments when it suits the team.
The team trains on Mondays from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm and on Thursdays from 8.30 pm to 10.00 pm.
Nicklas is the team’s coach. We expect to have one more coach on the team.

Coaches:
Jesper is an experienced coach who has coached both competitive youth and senior teams (First Division) and was previously affiliated with SVBK’s talent centre.
Jesper has completed all modules of the division coach training programme and passed the elite coach training programme run by Volleyball Denmark, attended Volleyball Denmark’s Coach Academy in 2025, and has also taken part in a number of short courses with national coaches from countries including Denmark, Australia, the Netherlands and the USA.
He has also won a number of Danish championship medals as a youth team coach.
Jesper is also a qualified division referee. Jesper has completed a number of civilian education programmes (5). Most recently, he trained and now works as a school teacher and understands how effective training should be approached.
Jesper himself played in the 2nd division as a setter during his playing days. Previous clubs include Tårnby VK, Peder Lykke IF, Rosenlund Volley and Amager VK.
Jesper is one of the founders of Tårnfalkene and was also involved in setting up our neighbouring club, Amager VK, when Peder Lykke IF merged with Øens folk.

Nicklas is the coach of Mix 2 from the 2026/2027 season. He is in his early 30s and has experience coaching a Jyllandsserie team in Bedsted. He has also played in the First Division for Bedsted KFUM as a centre and is currently captain of the men’s team at Tårnfalkene.
As a coach, Nicklas places great emphasis on volleyball being fun, social and motivating. He believes that laughter, a good atmosphere and a strong sense of community are among the most important factors for both development and enjoyment of the game – and that technique and skill often follow when people are having a good time on the court.
Whether you come to get some exercise, develop your game, meet new people or just have a good evening in the hall, Mix 2 is a team with room for everyone.
